Terms and Conditions

By subscribing to God's Essence Aromatherapy, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before making a purchase or subscribing to any of our boxes.

Note: God's Essence Aromatherapy and God's Essence are used interchangebly on this website. God's Essence's subscription boxes are called G.E.M.S and/or GEMS. GEMS is an acronym for God's Essence Monthly Self-Care.

Subscription Overview

We offer monthly subscription boxes under the names AURA, SERENE, and ELITE, all part of our GEMS collection. By subscribing, you agree to receive a recurring shipment on a monthly basis until you cancel.

Billing and Payment

Subscriptions are billed on the 5th of each month using the payment method provided at checkout.
If your payment fails, we will retry the charge and notify you via email.
You are responsible for keeping your payment and contact information up to date in your account dashboard.

Shipping

Boxes are shipped on the 15th of each month.
Shipping is currently available to U.S. addresses only.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your box is on the way.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or incorrect address information.

Cancellations and Skips

You may cancel or skip your subscription at any time via your customer account.
To avoid being charged for the next month’s box, cancellation or skip requests must be made before the 5th of the month.
Cancellations made after the 5th will apply to the following month.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the curated nature of our products, all sales are final.
If your box arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
Refunds are not issued for skipped boxes, late cancellations, or dissatisfaction with product selection.

Product Availability

We reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value based on availability. Items shown in product photos or previews may not be exactly what is received.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, images, and product designs—is the property of God's Essence Aromatherapy, and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or outcomes resulting from product use. Please review ingredients before use. Always consult with a healthcare professional if you have concerns.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
