Boxes ship on the 15th of each month. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email. Delivery times vary by location, but most customers receive their box within 3–5 business days after shipping.
All subscriptions are billed on the 5th of each month. If you subscribe after the 5th, you will be charged immediately and your first box will ship on the next 15th.

You can cancel anytime through your customer portal. Just log in, go to "My Subscriptions," and select “Cancel Subscription.” Be sure to cancel before the 5th to avoid being charged for that month’s box.
Yes! Life happens. Simply log into your account and choose “Skip Month” before the billing date (the 5th) to pause your subscription without canceling.
